About ideals

Today we (me with my friend) went to the supermarket;-) for buying some foods. Walking between counters i thougt so many times scientifics try to do our world better for example to do ideal foods: fruites and vegetables  with ideal forms, meat amd milk which could be ables many times. But in logic we dont have it our nature this ideal products. And i dont want to bue an apple with ideal form and colour but without taste, i prefer not so nice apple but with nature taste. May be its stuppid way to do for being ideal? Lets impression the world with only ideal people? we will be like this the same apples - ideals and not taste;-(
